Safety, prevention, tradition
We safeguard the safety of our community, educate in fire prevention, support civil protection, develop youth fire sport and preserve the historical traditions of voluntary firefighting and rural culture in Central Bohemia.
History & milestones
- 1891
Founding of the corps by local farmers and craftsmen after a series of barn fires.
- 1920s
Purchase of the first horse-drawn hand pump funded by village collections.
- 1950s
The portable motor pump — still preserved today — enters service.
- 1990s
Re-registration under SH ČMS; youth fire-sport team established.
- 2002
Members assist neighbouring municipalities during the Central Bohemian floods.
- Today
Prevention, community events and preservation of rural heritage.

Committee of the corps
The committee is elected by the annual general meeting (valná hromada) for a five-year term in accordance with the SH ČMS statutes.
Chairman (Starosta sboru)
Represents the corps and chairs the committee.
Commander (Velitel)
Responsible for training, equipment and readiness.
Treasurer (Hospodář)
Keeps the accounts and annual financial report.
Youth Leader (Vedoucí mládeže)
Leads training of children and young firefighters.
Secretary (Jednatel)
Membership records, minutes and correspondence.
Audit Commission (Revizní rada)
Independent oversight of finances and statutes.
